CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd has bought a 85 per cent stake in PT Sawit Lamadau Raya, which is involved in preliminary establishment of palm oil plantations, for RM4 million.

CB Industrial said the acquisition is in line with its ordinary course of business in design, manufacturing and trading of a wide range of palm oil mill equipment, and also the cultivation of oil palm from its existing palm oil plantation. Source: Business Times
